New training plan
So now, the year is soon over and that means I have to change my workoutplan!
With my old one, it went very well and I'm content, especially with my arms' progress
This was my workoutplan so far:
Monday: 40-45 minutes full-body
Tuesday: track-and-field-training (1,5 hours)
Wednesday: 20-27 minutes arms and shoulders, ca 15 minutes full-body
Thursday: 22-30 minutes abs, ca 15 minutes full body
Friday: track-and-field-training (and PE in school but this isn't challenging at all)
Saturday: Endurance-training or sprint stamina by running in the forest and streching
Sunday: 22-28 minutes butt and legs, ca 15 minutes full body
I'd be happy if you could help me with a new plan.
- I can't change Tuesday and Friday
- I don't have much more time for working out than I spent up to now (ca 45 mins a day)
