Okay so in like 3 months my choir group is taking a trip to six flags. But... I wanna wear shorts! I'm totally uncomfortable in shorts because of my knees and fat thighs. So I'm just wondering is it possible to lose knee and thigh fat in less than 3 months? Just some tips/exercises would be great! Thanks!
definitely do some squats I know how you feel I was that guy who covered up in jeans and jacket but now my legs are the only thing I don't cover up also running but remember leg work outs and your thighs will start to come in with you leg muscle
And runs I don't know wether it will come in in three months but who knows
Yes it's about the bodyfat and 3 months is a good amount of time to shed it if you're dedicated enough try the hip Abductor Machines if you have them at your gym otherwise go for different kind of squats and lunges variations.. Good luck
