Exercise without losing weight?

I don't want to lose any weight but I still want to keep fit-any ideas??

Hey! I have the same issue! I find that doing minimal cardio and lots of strenght training works for me! And always make sure to get lots of protein and good fats into your diet. Don't cut calories either, just eat like you normally would. Good luck! Xoxo
