Exercise without losing weight?

I don't want to lose any weight but I still want to keep fit-any ideas??

yeah on man-sers a study was done on physical and mental exercise and I don't mean brain training I mean thinking that your lifting 100 pounds when your only lifting a 10 pound box sounds funny but it really works...for so long tho lol

Hey! I have the same issue! I find that doing minimal cardio and lots of strenght training works for me! And always make sure to get lots of protein and good fats into your diet. Don't cut calories either, just eat like you normally would. Good luck! Xoxo

Things like avocados, olive oil, nuts (almonds and pistachios especially), almost anything that isn't an animal fat.
