Im trying to gain weight and then build a little muscle, what's the best way to do that? Best weight gainers? Best way to build muscle fast?

I use usn muscle fuel and i think they have a weight gauner to im 17 and use to way 9 stone now i weigh 11 stone but i also ate alot of calories around 3500 a day so you would need around 3000 as women need less

Is that at a gnc? You said they make a weight gainer also? Or is it a muscle builder and weight gainer?

GNC? and not sure i think its just a weight gainer tbh you would have to check
