It's to keep u modivated I try to get 30 Pts a day or set ur goal weekly it's up to u:)

If you competing with a friend it will keep you doing more workouts to catch up with your friend or stay in the lead

I started with 50 pts a day and worked up to around 200 points a day..Awesome to have fun with, but not a true gauge of how fit u are:) Lol 1 minute equals one point if the w/o is in the intense range:) Fun!
