I'm extremely healthy!!!! But i just started workin in a restaurant that has tons of peanuts all over the restaurant. Its logans... .... Of course i had just kicked a severe pb addiction lol. Now i cant stop with the peanuts plz HELP

Personally, I use to eat a gallon of ice cream a night and no one ever let the freezer run out of it so I eventually got super fat before I slimmed down a lot. I personally LOVE peanuts, so I see were you're coming from.

I would suggest eating low calorie but filling snacks so you won't be as tempted to eat them.

I love Logan's, that's a good steakhouse but Texas Road house is better..but to help w/that, just think about all the ppl stepping on the shells and imagine them putting them back into the pails lol

I actually use peanuts and all natural peanut butter in my diet but I workout every other day,and peanuts even tho are high in calories are what fitness ppl consider as good calories
