My sister lost it in 3 months. She did Ab excersices. (Situps, crunches, bicycle crunches, lunges, etc.

Did she do alot of cardio and have to change her eating habits

She didnt really do cardio at all and yea she stopped eating junk food(no chips,cookies and not alot of sweet stuff) and she stopped drinking soda. She also ate in portions and had little snacks like granola bar or fruit throughout the day

I know a couple guys who lost weight from "anti-soda" diet. They both started drinking soda again, gained weight and only one has totally done away with it. He is so slim now, I was surprised (didn't see him in a couple months).
