Hey, does anyone know any good workout that will help with my flexibility

practice in a straddle and stretch yourself by touching your toe. then go into a right lunge for about 30 seconds and left lunge for about 30 seconds. if trying to get the splits put a thin book under both of your feet and slide down into the splits. don't go down to far or you could get hurt. if you need any other help you can ask me ;)

Try the pilates, yoga and stretching programs - I think they will helpĀ
