Some muscle cramps are due to a lack of potassium in your body. So maybe you should add oranges and bananas to your diet. The juice is ok, but the fruit is better.

Usually after long runs when I do not hydrate properly or not "loosening" up warming up muscles before those runs.... I incorporate plenty of potassium in my diet, so it is not the lack of potassium. Hydrate properly and warm up (not necessarily stretching before your workouts)
