Don't like eggs, but I need a good breakfast to follow, can't stand egg substitute either. Maybe rice and beans.

I LOVE eggs... But here are some other options
-Smoothies made with protein and/or fresh fruit pair it with a whole wheat sandwich if you need something mode filling.
-Oatmeal with fruit
-Greek yogurt with fresh fruit/granola
-Grilled chicken paired with a green smoothie or fresh fruit
-Whole wheat bagel topped with a light cream cheese and fruit
Or pb and fruit OR you could fill it with egg whites, spinach, thin slice of chz and turkey bacon
-Wraps...you can get creative here...
My favorite sweet wrap to make is a whole wheat fiber wrap with peanut butter, strawberries, banana and granola OR I put peanut butter with sliced apples and cinnamon in it.
