I know it's tough, but we all gotta do it. What your Cardio routine and whats has it resulted in?
I enjoy riding my bike to work and back home every day and also when runs errands thru out my days. I usually do a good 45k to 60k a day regularly. On days I feel energized I put in my body tugs aka ankle weights and run none stop for just over an hour.
I hate it
I'm just about to get off work it's raining outside but I'm still gonna put in my 20k home!
