I know it's tough, but we all gotta do it. What your Cardio routine and whats has it resulted in?

I do running atleast 3x a week for 30mins and workout for atleast 45mins. with empty stomach then rest and eat like a beggar after!

ooops if im busy at work and no time for running atleast 10mins of cardio exercise plan at home and workout routine after...feel so great!

I go running 3 days a week (6 miles each time) I dance 3 days a week, and if I can't get out, I do exercises from this app to get my heart pumping. Results? Lost 40 pounds, toned, more energy and self esteem goes up a few notches.

I enjoy riding my bike to work and back home every day and also when runs errands thru out my days. I usually do a good 45k to 60k a day regularly. On days I feel energized I put in my body tugs aka ankle weights and run none stop for just over an hour.

If i have to do cardio i will do tabata style. Still i rather sit on my ass haha.
