Any GUYS on here trying to lose the "post baby" weight

I know it may sound strange for anyone without kids, but guys can pack on the pregnancy weight too! My wife and I have 2 kids, and I found it all too easy to indulge myself in a little snack every time she had a craving or 4am Wendy's/McFlurry fix. I put on quite a bit of weight in those periods. Lost most of it but still a little ways to go. Just curious if there are any other dads out there in the same boat?

My wife and I have 3 kids. I put on weight with each one. My kids are 14 11 and 5. It is so easy to put the weight on than to take it off. But I get to the gym now 4 to 5 times a week. Hang in there you can take the weight off.

Thanks Tim, I appreciate it! I get out for a jog 5 times a week, plus the exercises I do on here. I dropped 40 lbs first going off just with dieting and some casual walking. But then my weight loss flatlined. I still have have 20 lbs to go to reach my goal, so I'm kicking everything up into high gear!
