Hello. I am 44 and have diabetes and a few other health issues. I need to lose weight and a lot of it. I have been "on the wagon" for the last 140 days. I exercise 5-6 days a week. I mix it up. Yedterday I did Body Pump Class, CX WORX class and cycled 40 miles. This is pretty typical. I am working HARD! I am being very careful about what I eat and am not losing. I have lost about 25 pounds total in 140 days. For the extreme amount of exercise I am doing, why isn't it coming off???

If you want to loose weight you've got to. Drink lots of water. Have 6- 7 hours of sleep minimum. Eat healthy. Cut down on your stress. And last exercise. Be patient. If your follow these rules you will loose weight. Just be patient and consistent. Make sure you remove refined carbs and processed suger from your diet as well
