Hello. I am 44 and have diabetes and a few other health issues. I need to lose weight and a lot of it. I have been "on the wagon" for the last 140 days. I exercise 5-6 days a week. I mix it up. Yedterday I did Body Pump Class, CX WORX class and cycled 40 miles. This is pretty typical. I am working HARD! I am being very careful about what I eat and am not losing. I have lost about 25 pounds total in 140 days. For the extreme amount of exercise I am doing, why isn't it coming off???
