I'm a 14 year old male and weigh 157 pounds. I'm 5'6 and I feel fat (derp) what is a good weight range for my age and any tips on what to eat to gain muscle? I don't want to be Arnold Swarchenneger but I would like to look good topless (haha) thanks in advance!
