Im kinda new to this overall im liking it I want to loose my stomach weight and some from my arms what excercise would be best ?

Cardio is the best way in my opinion to lose weight. For arms try Tricep exercises and arm raises with dumbbells and planking.

Cardio is the best for weight loss, some abdominal workouts will also help tone and flatten. You can do any variety of arm exercises too... Dips, push-ups, bicep curls with weights... You can do it! :)
