i havent gained weight but i definitely notice there is more fat on my body. so in back her to lose that and tone up again!
i love yoga, and weight lifting.
but i need cardio, anyone have a fun cardio routine they do on here or tips in general?
keep in mind im a beginner runner, and when i say beginner i can only run .8 miles without stopping at 5.2 mph
so im looking to improve my cardio ability!!!

Hello welcome back.
I like jogging, jumping rope and and the crosstrainer but I think here are lots of funny cardio workout .

cool thanks :) yeah ive been browsing through and just havent found what i need yet :) im going to try jumping rope but that will be a challenge! im so bad at it haha

you can do it keep on practising. maybe you can do it with friends :-)

well,its rather simple..if u want to increase cardio ability,u have to increase ur heart n lungs capacity..so whatever challenges,workouts,or cardio exercises u r going to do..do it for the maximum duration u can achieve,each time..ur body will follow ur efforts..hope to have help you
