Ok so i want to lose some weight around my thighs, stomach and hips. Can anyone recommed some workouts that will help.

Cardio is the best fat burner. But if your also looking to tone up throw in some HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) exercises as well. These exercises give you that great mix of cardio and strength training in one workout.

HIIT exercises force you to work hard in short intense spurts. This creates greater after burn (the amount of calories you burn after your workout is over).

I built my HIIT exercises (Core Blast, Sexy Booty, 20x10) from workouts I found here and at ab-workouts-guide.com If you like em checkout Cardio Fight Club HIIT, Core Abs & Stretches, Strong Inner Warrior, MAX Tabata Test, Cut and Chiseled or P90x: Ab Ripper X they're fun and challenging.

Cardio its great for losing weight, also drinking Green tea is great for weight loss and it has a lot of antioxidants
