Ok so i want to lose some weight around my thighs, stomach and hips. Can anyone recommed some workouts that will help.
Cardio is the best fat burner. But if your also looking to tone up throw in some HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) exercises as well. These exercises give you that great mix of cardio and strength training in one workout.
HIIT exercises force you to work hard in short intense spurts. This creates greater after burn (the amount of calories you burn after your workout is over).
