I just want everyone to take the time and celebrate their numbers! Even if it's only changed a little bit, that little bit proves that we're on the right path!
I started dieting and exercising one month ago to the day.
Before - 228.9. Current - 216.8.

138-110. Being 5"2, this made a huge difference. I'm already at my goal though weight wise. Though I no longer use a scale as I'm trying to gain muscle/definition.

That's the tricky thing though, when you're trying to define muscles at the same time you're losing weight. It's hard for me still to remember that muscle weighs more than fat lol. Good job! I'm still 16 lbs away from my goal.

I'm 5'3". I was 130 pounds in February. I'm now 105-110 pounds.
