What are some healthy foods that are very filling?

Almonds are gd for calories and some protein. Im 147lbs and i would like to be around 160 so am trying to bulk up a bit. Found out my daily caloric intake is 2733 calories. 341G of protein which is about 1500 calories and 273g carbs. 30G of fat. To put on weight im trying to consume 300 calories more. So around 3000

I was eating almonds for awhile but got bored with them. But I only ate the unsalted ones due to the VERY high sodium %.
