New to this, someone help and give me advise on what work out I should do for weight lose on my tummy?

Abbs are gained (in order) through genetics, diet, and finally working out. Just do cardio and eat as healthy as you can and you will get a tone tummy. The abs will come somewhat and definitely if you have the genetics.

You dont gotta starve yourself to lose fat.. just eat a huge breakfast, a medium lunch n really less dinned this way you wont starve yourself n drink loads of water this way youll feel full all the time alsi make sure u do atleadt 20 mins cardio to get the metabolism going.
