Need to lose 5-8 kg, but how!???
Well...depends on if you're eating clean or not...if you are...then chill a bit with your excercise because you'll build more muscle which weighs more than fat...if you're not eating clean...then start haha and drink loads of water and make sure you eat foods that make your motablism faster :3
Try to eat at set intervals and about the running - you can get max benefit by doing sprints instead of long jogs trust me on this , it's way more effective exhausting and it speeds your metabolism a ton but you will get alot of food cravings you'll be like a pregnant chick except you won't lose weight you will gain it back up ! In order to lose weight you will have to be more active and eat healthier you can't go back to junk foods and no exercise days and all-nighters on the PC playing wow or whatever :-D gl on your weightloss !
