Cayenne Pepper Diet??

I'm interested in starting the Cayenne Pepper diet. Have you heard of it? It's where you drink 10 times a day a concoction of cayenne pepper, lemon juice, maple syrup and water for 10 days. You don't eat anything else so its like a detox fast thing! Any advise? I started today and I'm not sure whether or not to continue. Thanks!

Its really good but only should be do once in year

That doesn't sound appetizing at all. :/ Not sure if I'd be able to drink that.

It runs your stomach like crazy bud it does work, I would recomend eating lightly pieces of chicken or turkey

I would get a second opinion before beginning it. Last thing you need is intestine issues and ulcers.

It's a diet right? All diets sucks. Dont diet. Just eat healthy okay. You know whats good fore you right?!

Add the cayenne pepper to your food it will help speed up your metabolism, but do eat!

Ya, I decided just to drink it in the morning for a metabolism boost! I just had a ham sandwich with a bunch of cayenne on it, so good! Thanks!
