So I lost 25 lbs in 4 weeks and my doctor wouldn't believe I did it naturally with out diet pills or surgery. Why is so hard to believe that if you change your diet and work out more that you can lose weight like that

i normally eat pretty healthy but where i normally snaked on junk food i started eating carrots and yogurts instead of the junk i did then i started dont work outs from here and got a few of jillian micheals work out videos and started doing those when i was in the kitchen cooking or just standing around i would do squats and othere excises to keep my body in motion as i went i also started mesuring my food and started using myfitnesspal to count my caliories
