Cardio is THE BEST thing for stomach pudge!! Pair a good 30-60 min cardio session (treadmill, eliptical, cardio programs on here) with a good ab routine, as well as watching your calories. Still to high fiber, low carb foods and you'll see great results in a matter of weeks. Oh, and up your water intake!!!
Most likely you will have to change what you are eating. 'Junk' food tend to hang out in the tummy. Stick with clean, while foods where ever possible. Avoid simple carbs and you'll be surprised in just a few days how the belly fat isn't as bad.
