Are u doing any cardio? Try do h.i.t moutain climbers,jump rope,burpess,spirts do 4rds of 30 each rest 10sec between. Good luck o yeah hit your lower abs first when working out on ypur stomach.

Cardio is THE BEST thing for stomach pudge!! Pair a good 30-60 min cardio session (treadmill, eliptical, cardio programs on here) with a good ab routine, as well as watching your calories. Still to high fiber, low carb foods and you'll see great results in a matter of weeks. Oh, and up your water intake!!!
