I have a bit of a belly which is so annoying and I've been trying to get rid of it but it won't go away! I've been eating all healthy food and working out! Any ideas or suggestions?

Up your water intake. Eat high fiber, low carb food. Healthy fats and oils (nuts, salmon, flax seed). Don't worry too much about protein. People with belly fat tend to have a hard time breaking it down. Eating a probiotic yogurt and drinking lots of water will help rev your metabolism while detoxing your digestive tract. You should actually notice a little weight loss with the first week of doing this. Now pair this with lots of cardio... A good 30-60 minute workout every day or two. Shoot for 4 times a week. Pair this with a brief but complete ab work out and you should see some pretty strong results in about 4-6 weeks. Hope this helps :)
