Okay so I checked my weight for the 1st time in a long time&found out that i gained 1.4lbs since then so now my is weight 106.4. What's up w/that!!! So now i have decided 2 lose 3.4lbs so that my new weight will be 103lbs flat! Any&all advice will be taken w/love&thnx!

I would suggest you take measurements instead of weighing your self. Women's weight especially fluctuates a lot through out the day so you shouldn't always trust the scale. Also you could have just gained muscle

She's right.. To me the best time to weight  yourself is In the morning before breakfast... And take your measurements because you could've lost fat and built muscle... Muscle weighs heavier than fat... If you want to loose you weight fast.. Go to my profile view topic so you have belly fat and you want abs.. Follow my advice... If you follow my advice and don't cheat I guarantee that you will loose fat and see results ASAP... Worked for me..
