Trying to loss wait is hard for me that is why I started this program, all I hear people saying is do push ups and crunches but for me, my advice is loosing wait from your belly is not easy but do crunches and sit-ups they help a lot when wanting to lose belly fat if that iSight your trying to loss!good luck!

Figure out your BMR (how many calories your body burns just to stay alive), then start tracking your caloric intake and output. You should be burning more than you take in to lose weight, and breaking even to maintain.
For example, I need 1500 cal/day to stay at my current weight, so I cut out 300 cal/day for weight loss. Of the 1200 cal I eat a day, I'm burning 1k from working out, which forces my body to burn fat without starving.

How do you figure out your BMR? I have trouble losing weight and keeping the weight off once it's lost.
