How to lose weight???
Figure out your BMR (how many calories your body burns just to stay alive), then start tracking your caloric intake and output. You should be burning more than you take in to lose weight, and breaking even to maintain.
For example, I need 1500 cal/day to stay at my current weight, so I cut out 300 cal/day for weight loss. Of the 1200 cal I eat a day, I'm burning 1k from working out, which forces my body to burn fat without starving.
