Iv been going to the gym everyday and eating healthy but no change in my weight. My clothes are getting loose but im just not dropping the kilo. I know I should focus on the inches coming off but its very disheartening. :(

I am like that too don't worry if your close are starting to get looser it mean you are loosing weight even though the scale say not it just means your are replacing the fat with muscle. That is why I don't way my self as often any more I just look at how my close are fitting me.

It all starts in the kitchen, healthy eating and at least 5 minutes out of your day to sweat. Try sprinkling flax seeds on a fruit smoothie taste amazing and helps your digestive system. Keep it up.
