I want to loose a few more pounds but I'm stuck!!!

I really want to loose 7 more pounds I've lost 12 but these last pounds won't come off! Any hints or suggestions??

Change your diet slightly, maybe take a bit more protein into your diet and and replace some grain carbs with fruit and vegatables, but don't remove the carbs completely. Increase the intensity of your regime.  And focus on discipline and determination to hit your goal. Try this for around 4 weeks.

Set your alarm a little earlier every day a do 30-60 minutes of cardio like running or biking every morning BEFORE breakfast. Cardio before breakfast (since it's been 12 hour since your last meal) has proven to oxidize fat faster and speed up your metabolism. Just remember to actually eat right afterwards so your body doesn't go into starvation mode.
