Is It Okay To Have Midnight Exercises? Before Going To Bed.

It's up to you. Some people like it. Others find it hard to sleep if they work out right before bed. And some people like myself are tied and demotivated in the evening. But some people love it. So try it out and see if it works fore you :)

I always work out late (around 12-1 at night) and I enjoy it but it does keep me up late because it increases your heart rate
