Im Sort Of New At This Exercising On My Own.
I Need Some Tips On When's the best moment exercising, how should i eat. Can i eat before & can i eat right after finishing exercising. & what are good things to eat. Some sort of tips like that. I know some are obvious, but just a little help?.
