Weigh loss? Need help

Hello everyone in new here, and my weigh is 102KG need some advises on what exercises should I do to lose some weigh and please Minton how much will I lose If I do the exercise that u guys will recommend

Lift weights vigorously everyday, for weight loss purposes and not getting big that is, and do strength training along with cardio. Theres a workout that I do both as a warm up and a regular routine called the Wipeout Workout, its simple and is good. You can find it on youtube. Drink only water and get good sleep nightly. Hang in there man, you can do it! Im on the fifth week of my regimen and Im down three pant sizes and almost seven pounds! Its one pound and one day at a time.

I'm not able to give you that kind of advice because I really don't know. However, if you go onto sparkspeople.com the site is free and can help you determine what diet and exercise is best for you and It can tell you how much calories you will burn when you do the exercises on this app. I have 50 - 100 pounds and both sites are great with information and have great people to help you as well.
