I am 15,
hight 5 foot 6 inch,
weight 146
I can't do any dieting I don't want my parents to find out wants happening.
I started using this app last month but I got board I want to start using it again.
If any one could help me I would be much gratefully.
I am mostly looking to get rid of the stomach and tone up my muscles.

Hey! What u can do is just start eating better out of what you have. Ur parents do t have to know! Use the app in ur room. Exercise in your room.

Cardio is the best fat burner. A good rule of thumb is to do 30 minutes (more or less depending on the intensity).

Here's a few cardio workouts you can do from the comfort of your own room....

Try throwing in some HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) exercises to tone your muscles. These exercises force you to work hard in short intense spurts with little recovery time in between.
