Just ran my first 1K! And it was so much fun I did it twice lol My time was still a little slow, two 1K's with a five minute cool down walk in between in just over 20 minutes. But I am still considered obese, and I only started running a few weeks ago. So I'm still pretty happy with it! Now I need to go find a place to black out lol

We all start somewhere. It's not about where you are now, it's about where you want to be and you plan to get there! Congratulations and keep up the hard work. Remember to push yourself and never accept defeat.
