What is the average time you spend daily on exercising?

80-90 minutes these days since I'm fasting. In normal months, it's about 2 hours or so. Yes, I love working out at the gym :P if possible, I'd stay there the entire day!

I do 60 mins of cardio and do 30 day shred DVD 5 days a week

It depends on your calorie intake,stamina and nutrition...you should complement your training with healthy and nutritious food..

The best way to figure out what you need is to figure out what you want to accomplish. I watch my caloric intake and know what calories I need to burn as well as my cardio needs. Thats how I determine how long I need to work out.

Its amazing to see the dedication...i am able to spend around 40 minutes... Generally doing HIIT.

About 5 days a week and 40-90 minutes. Just depends on how I've been eating
