Hi.. I usually workout around 40 minutes everyday..but after that I am completely exhausted..what should i do to increase my energy during the workout..Glucose?
It might be a diet problem especially if you have cutted your calorific intake. Try to include more carbs to your diet carefully. You could try to drink some ionic drink during your workouts.
It could even be related to your water intake. I find it I don't have the right amount before, and particularly after a workout, I feel tired. If my fluid intake is fine though, usually means I am lacking in some nutrient my body needs, so also look at what your eating and see if there is anything you haven't been eating enough of.
