Hi matt, I am 12 too. My advice is to eat healthy and just do fitness workouts on this app. Good luck on getting your goal weight.

I'm 12 too I an 114 pounds thing is I just really want to be in fit for middle school and I drop some.pounds but good luck to u Matt

My opinion is you very young.. You shouldn't worry about loosing weight. Just eat healthy. Worry about weightloss if you 17 or older

Hey Matt I'm 13.5 and all you need to do is fell good about your self… I weigh 85 pounds but kids pick on me cause I'm diffrent in so many ways ( weird )

Just play a sport and stay active kids shouldn't worry about diet and exercise
