I heard a lot of people asking about how they can lose their belly fat, and many times people tell them that they have to kill themself doing abs. Actually that is not really true, the best exercise for losing body fat in general is to do a good cardio session. I recommend interval training, that means your train with your heart rate taking it to different levels.
What can you add to this?

If you view my post so you have belly fat and have abz, I say something similar to this.. Do a 1 hour slow walk on the treadmill followed by 5 mins of high intensity cardio.. The best high intensity cardio workout I've done was m100. Search it up on google
