Working out 6 weeks without rest days ??

no. the muscle needs rest, if you want to work it properly.

Your muscles need rest time if you are doing intense exercise. Without rest your muscles can not repair and actually decrease in size.

I work out every single day, regardless. It may not be workouts from here, but I workout every single day. I have for weeks. If it's bad, I'm screwed too. Haha. But I don't thi k it's bad, just eat healthy and get plenty of sleep and drink plenty of fluids

Its would be unhealthy and bad if you don't listen to your body if you continue to exercise when you are fatigued or sore. Sometimes it might be better to just do a low impact workout and low intense stretches if you feel the need to exercise.

I usually exercise or workout everyday as well. I only rest when my entire body is sore, such as today lol.

Your muscles wont have time to rest, repair, rebuild and burn the fat...u should rest atleast 1 day a week...maybe 2
