Just keep moving and trying different things. Everyone is built differently. Some can loose weight with purely weight training - some its cardio. Diet is always important. But - anything in extremes is bad. You have to find things that are realistically maintainable. Most of all this should be an adventure, not a chore. Ultimately though, it's as simple as burning more than you are taking in without starving yourself.
