How to lose excess fats?

Hello guys! I'm currently 55kg and a height of 162cm. I have a hard core underneath my layer of fats :C I don't know how to get rid of them without losing my muscles. Also any suggestions on what kind of food I should eat? Can anyone help???

Cardio is good for losing fat. So do that while toning to keep your muscles while losing the extra fat (:

Just keep moving and trying different things. Everyone is built differently. Some can loose weight with purely weight training - some its cardio. Diet is always important. But - anything in extremes is bad. You have to find things that are realistically maintainable. Most of all this should be an adventure, not a chore. Ultimately though, it's as simple as burning more than you are taking in without starving yourself.
