Ok so I'm trying to lose 85lbs before my wedding on August 30, 2014. I already started losing weight a while back and had lost 20lbs (starting weight 226) but then I had a miscarriage and lost all motivation to work out. I'm now back up to 215lbs. My goal weight is 130lbs (muscular 130 I'm adding an extra 5lbs to my goal weight because muscle weighs more than fat.) I had knee surgery two years ago and finished PT for it 6 months ago. I also have a shoulder injury on my right shoulder. Does anyone have an recommendations to help me blast off some weight? Any tips would help!!!!
