Wanna lose 15 lbs in 1 month. Advice??
I weigh 135 right now and i wanna lose 15 lbs by the time school starts in 1 month. But i also wanna tone up too. Any advice on wat i should and shouldnt do?? Food?? Workouts?? Please help!
I can do any moderately hard exercises and i tend to lean towards carbs when i want a snack. I dont have any accesy what so ever to a gym.
