how to get back on track

so i recently went on vacation for about 3weeks i was doing very well before i left n a week before my vacation i completly stoped .its been about a month that i have not worked out n basecally gain more fat in my stomach and lost what ever i had accomplished.any suggestions on getting back on track and accomplishing a fit body

I literally just put an end to the exact same problem! I went on vacation and got back and got lazy. So I just decided to get up and do something...its just a matter of getting up and not forgetting why you started working out in the first place! Good luck

a good way is take baby steps l. start slow and just train your body to do what it use to. trust me the second time you start working its way easier then the first.
