Hi :) I'm new to this & I wanted to ask if anyone has any diet plans or advice they could let me know.. I have no trouble working out but knowing what I should be eating is the tricky bit for me. Thanks :) xo

Breakfast:-4-5 boiled egg whites, 1/3cup of plain oatmeal, 1/2 cup non fat pain yogurt.
Mid-morning:-1 red delicious apple or banana.
Lunch:- 1-2 cups of spring mix salad with a totol of 1 cup of vegetables diced red peppers, kidney beans, lentils, cucumber.
Mid-afternoon:- 1 red delicious apple or banana
Dinner:- 1 cup of steamed vegetables with olive oil,
1/4 cup of complex carbs brown rice or whole wheat pasta.
Firstly I find that keeping hydrated is key to eating regular portions, so try and drink a lot of water if you can!
Also tuna in springwater is a great source of protein, so you could introduce that into a post workout meal of tuna pasta with black pepper.
Also try and season meals with chilli or pepper as it speeds up your metabolism!
