Hi :) I'm new to this & I wanted to ask if anyone has any diet plans or advice they could let me know.. I have no trouble working out but knowing what I should be eating is the tricky bit for me. Thanks :) xo

Any workout to do with your obliques (which is basically the muscle near/around your hips).

Firstly I find that keeping hydrated is key to eating regular portions, so try and drink a lot of water if you can!

Also tuna in springwater is a great source of protein, so you could introduce that into a post workout meal of tuna pasta with black pepper.

Also try and season meals with chilli or pepper as it speeds up your metabolism!

Hope this was helpful!

Try having oatmeal for breakfast! It's SUPER filling and great metabolism booster! Also eat when you're hungry! There's plenty of snacks under 150 calories that are satisfying and filling! Eating 3 smallish meals plus 2-3 snacks a day is very helpful! Here's a GREAT website for meal ideas! Good luck love๐Ÿ’œ
