Weight loss?

Hi! I'm 13, 5 FT 5.5, and I weigh 190 LBS. I of course want to lose the extra weight. I don't expect to see results quickly, but since the middle of July, I've been doing two workouts a day every day. I was wondering if it were possible to lose at least 10 pound by the end of Summer Break? (August 19) And does anybody have any tips/motivation? It would REALLY help! Thanks :)

prepare your meals in advance and stick to your diet and exercise plan. the weight will fall off. stick a photo of you on the fridge if you are not happy with your current shape to stay motivated. drink 2 glasses of water before each meal too!
