Hey everyone. I am a teen and need to lose weight mostly because of my health and I am sick of being teased and stared at. Any advice?
First off most people teaseing u r just trying to make themselves feel better because they can't face their own short comings ignore those idiots by not looking into theirself that have no future.

An app called noom coach helps me with tracking my food and I use this app to help tone. One thing that will help that is not too hard is not to have sugar drinks. Of course water is best. If I can do it you can do it! Good luck with your goals!
