I keep trying to loose wait but I find all this junk food that I like I don't know what to do??? Any suggestions??

If they're at home, try getting rid of them and not buy any. If other people grocery shop for your house, let them know that you'd prefer that you don't want to be tempted! It's okay to eat it everyone once in a while but in moderation. Good luck (:

Water therapy. Drink enough glasses of water on a daily basis and you'll see a decrease in your cravings

I'm agreeing whit Kit c. You would lots of water and if your still hungry replace all your food suit healthy stuff like veggies and fruits.
