Do calisthenic workouts(push ups, sit ups, squats, pull ups) u can add weights if u want more intensity, i suggest u do it for 30 mins high intense (no point of working out for 2 hrs) 3-5x a week, the days u r resting reduce ur calorie intake, eat lots of fruits n vegetables dont eat junk food n right before u eat ur breakfast drink lemon water (no sugar) because it speeds up ur metabolism n kills the fat. Do alot of running do not just walk do hiit , this way you will burn more caloories and the food you eat make sure you eat fat burning food check some of them on youtube they will show you some examples also increase the amount of protien you eat and decrease your carbs and fats . Do interminent fasting check it out on youtube I lost 4kg in the first 2days . Hope this helps you
