Anyone know a quick way to lose your stomach? I need help I want to be fit
Walk initially for 3 mints,jog 3mints after walk ,repeat 3 times total of 18 mints for start up for first day in a ground. Next day same walk and jog in addition to that sit ups 30,squats 20 and push ups 20.3rd day same workouts in addition take a straight stick of ur height place it in ur shoulder so that the center of the stick is behind head and ur arms stretched
on both sides over the stick. Now place ur legs stretched wide in the sides,standing straight feet wide open and body straight turn to ur right side so that upper body only turns ,lower body stands still don't move legs.Now turn towards left .Repeat this 25 times each side.
Stand straight feet closed ,stick in the same position on the shoulder bend forward so that ur head touches ur knee.Now back to standing position and bend backwards as much as u can ,repeat it 25 times front and back.Do this workouts for two weeks.U will c a good weight loss.
