Fav food for healthy lifestyle ???
If you're just trying to be healthy aim for whole foods, as unprocessed as possible. Aim to make meals from scratch, it may be easier to make in bulk and freeze or chill in portions. Base meals around protein, good carbs and healthy fats. Get plenty of veg, some fruit and aim to enjoy food it fuels us.
Ps my fave foods are broccoli, salmon and pineapple
